Boo Cake is a term of endearment created by radio personality and BCN Apparel founder April Watts to refer to her listeners. Overtime the term evolved into a philosophy and a movement. In addition to being a radio personality, April is a "lifestylist." She has a keen understanding of fashion and fit and fuses the two seamlessly with the function of everyday life. While working as a personal stylist for Nordstrom, April developed her own three pronged approach to helping clients eliminate buyer's remorse by purchasing clothes they'd actually wear. She also quickly realized most of the work, as a stylist, began before the client entered the fitting room. Confidence building is the foundation of personal style. A designer dress is of no use to a woman that doesn't have the confidence to pull it off.
